Hey Peter, Kevin and Jill… nice job on the Gravatar images! I told you it was easy. And Peter the second one is much better! You all did a great job.
Well, the rain stopped everyone dead in their tracks yesterday. There was only one comment by Jack and he even cancelled himself out. Hopefully there will be sunshine on Friday so we can play.
Thanks for the Kudos Mark. I’d like to take this moment to rant dissaprovingly of those who havent taken the time to upload some pix. This is the era of Gen4. What are we? A bunch of luddites. The American people want to see your skills (and your mug). Check out my new movie Bruno…out now on DVD (or in your case VHS). Borat. Out.
Borat, you da man. I must agree even though I don’t know what a luddite is.
For everyone, I must apologize if the picture of the cat being served offended anyone. Sorry Jill.
I guess this is really just a sounding board for Peter and myself. lol.
I had a weird thing happen with my leg over the weekend and it’s amazing how much we take our health for granted. I could barely walk on Sat. but it started to get better with a little rest and a bottle of tequilla. I really thought I was going to be out for a while. But it got better pretty fast and I was so stoked to be able to try and play on Monday.
Once I discovered that I could run a bit, I didn’t care where I was playing or who I was playing with. I just got a new rush from being able to play. Everything seemed great and I enjoyed myself so much because I wasn’t taking it for granted that I could run around on a tennis court. Even everybody else took on a new light in my eyes. All our friends out there, able to play tennis and have a good time.
I’m writing this to basically get it out of my system. Be grateful and don’t take your health for granted. Have fun and enjoy everything and everyone out there because it can all change in a New York minute. Cheers, Mark
That was some fun last night. Had some really great games, tight all the way on all of them… thanks Tim, Bill, Danny, John, and Muscle Dave.
just deleting my web site
Last Wed. the courts were pretty full but only 4 people said they were showing up on the blog (Joe, Diane, David and myself). I wonder why I’m doing this. I went later because I didn’t think anyone would be there. It’s all good, just thought I’d rant.
